Take a journey with us on one of Ireland’s 7 Wonders, the Cliffs of Moher. This tour takes you to some of the best natural attractions in Ireland. In addition, we will explore the delightful village of Doolin, Burren National Park, and Galway City.

Peak over the 120 metre high cliffs and enjoy breath-taking views from every angle. Feel the sea breeze on your face and listen to the waves crash along the base of the cliffs. Learn the history of Cornelius O’Brien, a man ahead of his time and wander the edge of the cliffs to O’Brien’s Tower. You will lose yourself as you look out across the open horizon at the infinite ocean.

Afterwards, enjoy a delicious meal in the quaint village of Doolin. A beautiful village with outstanding food, we would recommend visiting at Fitzpatrick’s Pub for it’s delicious seafood and chowder. If you’re not into seafood, there are plenty of other options. Relax here and recharge for the rest of your adventure!

Our journey then takes us to the limestone wonder called The Burren. It is a rocky yet fertile landscape for flora and fauna. Colourful flowers have burst through the cracks of the limestone pavement, making it a truly unique location and a thriving ecosystem. Some even compare it to resemble a lunar landscape.

Last but not least we will visit the vibrant city of Galway. Discover brightly colored pubs playing live music, and cafes with front row seats to street performers. Take a brisk walk along the beach and look upon flamboyant art from exhibitions around the world.

Our friendly and experienced guides will keep you company on your travels and provide you with entertaining and informative commentary. They will educate you, not only on the flora and fauna of these natural areas, but also the fascinating history of the region. Our guides will ensure your adventure becomes a fantastic experience.

Cliffs of Moher Day Tour

The cliffs of Moher are stunning. The tour is a long day, but well worth the trip. You will spend 1.5 hours at the cliffs, stop for lunch a short distance away, then stop at the ‘mini cliffs’ for some more photos. The drive through the scenic country side is beautiful with the final stop at the city of Galway. Our driver, Owen, was professional and entertained us with a funny video, singing, and jokes on the drive back to Dublin.

Great guide, good experience to Cliffs of Moher

This past week David was our tour guide. He was excellent, giving us plenty of information along the way but not going overboard. Was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided history on the island from pre-history to present day. He even told some funny Irish jokes at the end of the ride.

Note to first timers: these are LONG tours, going about 13 hours. Be prepared for that, and try not to be hung over, as that would not be a fun experience. Also, if you are tall, prepare to not be too comfortable as the leg room is limited. That being said, all buses are limited in this way, so that’s not a fault of the company.

I highly recommend this tour company for the experience and value (not expensive at all).

Lifetime memory and a great way to see a lot of Ireland in one day.

We took the Irish Day Tours bus trip to the Cliffs of Moher. Our tour guide, Bud, was fantastic, knowledgable, funny and considerate. A true master of his trade. The ride itself took us from Dublin west to the Cliffs of Moher, which is so breathtaking, then in a loop north with a lunch stop in Doolin. Lunch was very well organized considering the large bus tour groups going through and the food was excellent!! On north along the stunning Irish Coast with a last long stop in Galway. Loved Galway. One place we would like to see more of. Overall a great way to see a lot of Ireland in one day. highly recommend.
